Here is a Glimpse of the dishes that I will be presenting this Saturday for the Competition at the American Culinary Foundation.
This was one of the few test runs I cooked with my Culinary instructor Mrs. Piper.
I first plated it this way and we liked it

then I plated this one and we said.."this one is it " so I will plate my final dish like this

Which one do you like best... A or B ?
It's really hard to see it clearly through these pictures. Your mom should buy you a DSLR camera.

To me, A visually says that it's the 'nicer' dish because the plate is emtier and so it looks like a smaller portion, like it's just one dish of a fancy multi-course meal.
Hope you get that camera!
